BRUNO FALQUE
Commercial Director, is passionate about connecting cultures through experiences. Originally from São Paulo and now based in New Jersey, he has traveled to more than 25 countries across four continents, leading corporate events with logistical excellence and a keen production mindset. With a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and a postgraduate degree in Sports Management and Marketing, he is fluent in English and Spanish, ensuring that 4ALL’s commercial vision translates into relevant, consistent, and remarkable projects.
EDUARDO VIRGILI
Operations Director, is the one who transforms plans into memorable experiences. Originally from Porto Alegre, he began his career in tourism aboard MSC Cruises and, since 2014, has been dedicated to incentive travel and corporate events. A specialist in logistics and group coordination, he has been recognized with Caio Awards (Silver and Bronze Alligator in 2019). Fluent in English and Italian, he ensures that every stage of the project is carried out with excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
